What is Engineering?
This is a certified engineering plan of all steps concerning the renovation provided in the form of a technical project, financial budget and specification of all materials used for the realization of the project. This will give an answer to all your questions and solutions for all issues related to the renovation even before its commencement.
If you choose Zahari and Kuka to manage and implement you site, the Engineering package price will be deducted, and we will give you a full guarantee for the preciseness and quality of the performance according to the project.
What is included in the Engineering package?
- Electrical installation condition report, following а phone call and an inspection.
- Water and sewerage installation condition report, following an inspection of the installation
- Walls and floor condition report, after measuring the flatness and qualities of the cement floor screed, floorings, gypsum and lime-cement plaster and dry construction.
- Shaft wall system condition report following an inspection
- Thermal and acoustic insulation condition report and expertise
- Plan with solutions for the deficiencies established in the reports
- Work schedule plan
- Demolishing and building walls plan
- Electrical installation plan
- Wall coverings plan
- Floorings and skirting boards plan

Budgeting.
When the technical project is completed, we prepare a detailed financial budget including all expenses for materials and facilities as well as labour costs. You will receive a full specification of the materials set out and a technical datasheet for guarantee and quality. In this case the budget is flexible – on the basis of the project and specification therein, changes may be added and, if necessary, the implementation of the project can be divided into stages. The important thing is that you will have a specified price for both the entire renovation before its commencement and for each stage of it, and there will be no unexpected situations.
Management and implementation

We will provide you with a technical project, budget and specification of the materials, and you choose contractors for the renovation works. In this case if you wish we can exercise design supervision according to an additional agreement. Option

We, Zahari and Kuka, implement and manage your project. If so, we will deduct the Engineering price and give you a full guarantee for the successful realization and implementation of your reconstruction within the timeframe.
Please note that if we, Zahari and Kuka, elaborate a design project for your site, then the stages Design, Budgeting and Management and Implementation will be automatically set out in the whole project.
