A two-story single-family house in the village of Prolesha, Bozhurishte Municipality. The interior design was our first challenge, and after the well-prepared project, the construction was an absolute pleasure, which we completed with ease.

Project Information
A single-family house in the Kambanite housing estate which was initially with gypsum plaster and cement screed according to the Bulgarian State Standard. The assignment was demolishing old walls, building new walls, gypsum plaster on the walls, suspended ceiling and a detail for hidden lighting in front of windows, electrical installation and equipment, water and sewerage installation and equipment, putty and paint, wallpapers, flooring of gres tiles with size 120 x 120 cm with thickness of 9 mm, assembly of stairs on earth-moist screed and glass parapet.
Finishing single-family houses, especially with renovation of the disposition, is a logistic challenge due to the sequence of the processes, the right timing for delivery of the different materials and facilities, without preventing or delaying the work process and affecting the deadline.
